Abstract

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to screen the microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharides from Cantharelles cibarius.[Method] Polysaccharides in Cantharelles cibarius was extracted by microwave-assisted extraction using Cantharelles cibarius as raw materials, water as extractant.Orthogonal design method was used to study the effect of extraction time, microwave power and solid to liquid ratio on extraction percentage of polysaccharides. The optimal extraction conditions were determined by using the yield of polysaccharides as indexes, and the result of microwave assisted extraction was compared with that of hot water extraction to determine which one was the better method.[Result] The effects of microwave power, solid to liquid ratio and extraction time on extraction percentage of polysaccharides decreased in turn, and the optimal extraction conditions were microwave power 400 w,extraction time 9 min, solid to liquid ratio 1∶25(g/ml),under the condition, the mass fraction of Cantharelles cibarius was 13.55%.[Conclusion] Comparing with hot water extraction, the effect of microwave-assisted extraction technology was better, and the yield of polysaccharides was high, thus, the technology can be used in the extraction of polysaccharides.
