Abstract
The Tang Dynasty was an important period for feudal imperial examination system prosperously developing in China. In the imperial examinations, the Tang government made and carried out a series of fair management measures, such as dodging relatives, filling forms and looking for guarantors in the examinations. These steps relatively kept the purity of imperial examinations and effectively offered guarantee for choosing talented persons. We can use the honest management of imperial examinations in the Tang Dynasty for reference to further perfect our examination system and strengthen our examination management today.
