Clinical Observation on Improving the Living Quality of Medium or Late Tumor Patients after Chemotherapy by Additional Application of Replenishing Qi and Nourishing Yin

Abstract
Objective:To observe improving the living quality of medium or late tumor patients after chemotherapy by additional application of TCM replenishing Qi and Nourishing Yin.Method:63 cases of medium or late tumor patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=27)and the treatment group(n=36).The two groups were treated with chemotherapeutics therapy,while the treatment group after chemotherapy were treated with additional application of replenishing Qi and Nourishing Yin.Result:Compared to the control group,better improving clinical symptoms and KPS score points effects were achieved in the treatment group(P0.05).After chemotherapy,T cell subsets in the control group were decreased(P0.05),while CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:Better effects can be achieved on improving the living quality,symptoms and immunity of patients with tumors in TCM replenishing Qi and nourishing yin after chemotherapy.
