Abstract
To reinforce the safety management of railway transportation, combining with the characters of railway train operation work, Beijing Railway Administration last year configured the Remote Train Operation Supervision System in its administered Beijing-Guangzhou line. With the application of this system, the difficulties of safety management in Train Operation Department have been effectively eased and the safety management of train operation meets the requirements of standardization and popularization. By studying the function design, equipment selection, etc. of the Remote Supervision System, the paper further puts forward some suggestions of improvement.
