Abstract
In this paper,using railway transportation safety development as guiding ideoloy,it was expounded the requirement of railway information technology in the fields,discussed the information technology on the soloution of Railway Train Opertion Safeguarding System,researched and proposed to build a mechanism and a platform,to implement resources integrated and information shared.
