Abstract
From the strategic perspective of social sustainable development, discussion is made on the environment and environmental education. Chemical industry is much likely to cause pollution to the environment, so environmental education should be combined with chemistry teaching to strengthen the students' awareness of environment and promote the development of environmental protection.
