Identification Issues and Management Strategies on Genetically Modified Organisms

Although genetically modified organisms have some positive meanings on increasing yield,reducing costs,decreasing the amount of labor and pollution of chemical pesticides on food and environment,it has much latent danger on the safety of human beings and environment.It is important for us to complete safety management system of genetically modified organisms.At present time,management systems about genetically modified product are different in most countries.In China,there are problems:many genetically modified products have not be marked and the marking language is not very formal,lack of the regulatory system about the marking of genetically modified product and so on.So we need to enhance the publicity of genetically modified product and its marking system,build,complete system of check and evaluation,complete the related laws and regulations,and strengthen the enforcement of law.
