Reflections on Review and Future Reform of Thirty Years' Reform and Opening up in China

Summarizing 30 years historic course of China's reform and opening policy,it may be divided into different stages,however on the whole,it belongs to the gradual reform and the market-oriented reform,the core of the reform is the system innovation.The achievements of reform and opening policy attract worldwide attention,also accumulate the valuable experiences,mainly contains: using the principles of taking development as the master line;fully reassigning of most persons' enthusiasm;felt the stone to cross river,taking proceeds in an orderly way;keeping the whole coordination to advance the reform;also persisting the coordination of reforms and opening up to advance together.Also there are some imperfect places,such as,improper government reform,low speed to take reforms in the suppression of resources consumption and the protection of the ecological environment,insufficient share of the reform development achievements,lagged political reform compared to the economic restructuring.From now on,we should take two developments as the axle center which contains the promotion of the productive forces and the promotion of the human's full development,we should take the three promotions as the strategic orientation for the deepened reform which contains depth market-orientation,promoting the law system and the internationalization,we should persist the coordination and synchronized four to one advancement of the economic organizational reform,the political organizational reform,the society organizational reform,and the culture organizational reform.
