how to do a good job in exploration and development of resources and ensure sustainable and stable development of producing mines in global financial crisis.The countermeasures are as follows:①strengthening technical management in the field,rationally exploiting existing resources,performing technical guidance of geologic surveying and mining well,ensuring implementation of mining,driving,prospecting and drawing,identifing and rational exploiting existing resources,moreover continuously improving the level of resources recycling according to organization of scientific research,optimization,optimization,transformation of mining,ore dressing and smelting methods.②strengthening the work of geological prospecting and growing back-up resources.In accordance with the principle of production area first,margin and depth area behind,peripheral area lastly,the authors step-by-step to carry out geological exploration work to find replaceable resources of mine.③Implementing combinations of mineral resources which become big and strong.Through the ways of acquisition,equity,mergers,the authors reconstruct production factors of mining enterprises and mineral resources in the same small-scale mining enterprises,achieve large-scale,intensive development.④opening up new mining base,ensuring continuous and stable development of the mines in outside Hubei and oversea.
