Abstract
Based on the large survey and analysis of current situation of the resources crisis mines in China,this paper objectively evaluates the potential of prospect mineral resources in resources crisis mines and summarizes general principle with overall program and classification guidance The author points out to establish a guaranteed system that partial prospecting risk is taken on by the national finance,which is favorable for the formation of the market oriented transitional mechanism to prospect for the superseding resources But so far it is very urgent to support resources crisis mines enterprises by stages to prospect for superseding resources in the deep and peripheral areas in resources crisis mines
