Abstract
This essay observes the clinical effect of HBV patients treated with acupuncture therapy and western medicine treatment. Method:70 HBV patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given adcfovir dipivoxil,10 mg per dose per day and diammonium glycyrrihizine if necessary, along with psychological counseling. Patients in the treatment group were given extra acupuncture therapy once per day, three months as a course. Results:(1) The general response rates were χ2=5.714,P=0.034,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After treatment, there was a significant decrease of TCM symptom score for both groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05).(3) The patients' liver functions were better(P0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion:United treatment of acupuncture therapy and western medicine has a good clinical effect.
