Abstract

The paper analyses the causes of the school sports injury accidents and the different imputation principles and points out the problems of the treatment of the school sports injury accidents in China.The paper also proposes countermeasures that the school sports reform should be strengthened,the specific organization for the school sports injury should be established and the socialization of the compensation responsibility of school sports injury in other countries should be learned.
