Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of combination treatment with autologus bone marrow stem cell transplantation and Xuesaitong in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 42 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group( n= 21,including 28 sick limbs) and the control group( n = 21,including 28 sick limbs). Both groups were treated with autogolus bone marrow stem cell transplantation, meanwhile,Xuesaitong injection was given to the treatment group. The curative effect, numb scores and neurotransmission at 2 week and 6month after surgery were recorded. Results The curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Numb scores before and after surgery of the two groups decreased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Compared to the control group, numb scores of the treatment group decreased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). The tibial nerve conduction velocity before and after surgery of both groups increased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Compared to the control group, the tibial nerve conduction velocity of treatment group increased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). The common peroneal nerve conduction velocity before and after surgery of both groups increased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Compared to the control group, the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of treatment group increased significantly at 2week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). The sural nerve conduction velocity before and after surgery of both groups increased significantly at 2 week and 6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Compared to the control group, the sural nerve conduction velocity of treatment group increased significantly at 2 week and6 month after surgery( P 0. 05). Conclusion Autologus bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined Xuesaitong injection have a good effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
