Net Opinion and Public Decision

Every historical fact shows that public opinion in social issues usually represents truth.To respect public opinion and the correct mass opinion is the basis of suitable public decision by nations and organizations.Because the traditional media in China is belong to the superstructure,traditional media opinion plays a main role in defending power legitimacy,setting an example and modeling mass morals.But,as matter of fact,there are some disadvantages which made it unable in displaying public opinion fully,which affects public decision in view of science and law.Fortunately,net opinion makes up this because of its advantages.It provides the process of public decision,feedback and scientific decision revising a strong opinion base.
