Opening:The Route and Implications of the Development of China's Economic Law

China's developments in economy,society and law have followed the model of compulsory institutional transformation and state-driven modernization.This reality naturally calls for an economic law that directly bears the responsibility of state intervention and arrangement in economic and social relations.This law must face the challenge of social transformation which is a constant trial-and-error and gradual process,responds to the progress of the dynamic and complex economic reform,and develops itself along an opening route.Opening,which is the most outstanding characteristic of China's economic law,has become a key by which we learn about and decode the development,transformation,and innovation of China's economic law.It can be used to answer and explain the perplexities and controversies arising from research on China's economic law;it can also be used to look into the paradigm shift and innovation in economic law studies,and explore a rational route for the development of China's economic law.
