Discussion on the Contradiction and Limitations of International Economic Law in World Economic Globalization

The world economic globalization promotes the globalization of law and speeds up the development of international economic law in particular. The emergence of such phenomena helps form the closely connected law order both domestically and abroadly, which guarantees and stimulates the development of world economy to some extent. However, by nature the globalization of international economic law making is resulted from the stimulation of interests of some developed countries. Under the background of free concepts in the market, the legalization of the international economic relation is not a linear development trend, but is filled with all kinds of confliction and contradiction. The law articles is far from substituting the political negotiation to become the main means for regulating the economic relations among the nations and actually it has some unavoidable limitations.
