Abstract
Chronic disease has become a major problem to public health which affects the health of labor force and the quality of life of residents.In order to understand the status of chronic diseases,the cost burden,as well as the demand of accepting for intervention,we carried out an investigation on medical expense of chronic patient in medical insurance group in Tianjin,and made some suggestions in reducing the medical costs of chronic diseases and improving hospital management.
