Abstract
The formula of Cr3+ passivation solution for zinc coating was obtained with orthogonal experiments by optimizing the factors that influencing passivation film performances such as corrosion resistance,adhesion,and appearance of the passivating film.A black and bright passivation film can be produced in the passivation solution and it can pass 96 hours neutral salt spraying test combined with a appropriate sealent.The development direction of trivalent chromium black passivation technology was predicted.
