Abstract
Trivalent chromium passivation technology causes less pollution on environment,but compared with chrome passivation,its bath composition is more complicated, and the corrosion resistance of its passivation film is still poorer.For this reason,the effects of process parameters on the morphology and corrosion resistance of the passivation film are investigated,and a simpler trivalent chromium bright blue passivation technology for zinc coating is obtained.The passivation film has excellent corrosion resistance,and no white rust is found on the passivated zinc coating after 84 h of neutral salt spraying test.
