Tongxinluo capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tongxinluo capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods One hundred and twelve patients with UAP were randomly divided into observation group(n =56)and control group(n =56).Two groups were given routine treatment,tongxinluo capsule were taken orally in observation group in addition,after a treatment course of four weeks,the changes of symptoms,ECG and index of hemorheology and blood fat were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was superior than the rate of control group(P ﹤0.01).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has a good effect on treating unstable angina pectoris.
