Abstract

Accession to WTO introduces a new phase for the direct foreign investment to China. Foreign investment in China shows some new unique characteristics in the manner of entry, the technology level, the industrial level, the regional structure and etc. In the post-interim of accession to WTO, it is needed to study on a new and more positive and rational strategy of the foreign investment import, get hold of the chance to come into a new step on the foreign investment's scale and level.
