Effects of Zhiwei Fangbian Capsule on Contents of Serum Gastrin and Gastric Acid in Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective To study effects of Zhiweifangbian capsule(ZWFB)on the level of gastrin in serum,activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and content of acidum and free acid in gastric juice of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method.After treated with ZWFB,the serum level of gastrin,activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and content of acidum and free acid in gastric juice were detected.Results Compared with model group,ZWFB could increase the serum level of gastrin, activity of pepsinum and content of acidum and free acid significantly.Conclusion It was suggested that ZWFB has functions of promoteing gastrin secretions,gastric acid secretion and promoteing pepsinum activity.
