Abstract
In this paper a new knapsack public-key cryptosystem and a new secret sharing scheme,in which the builder needn't know the secrets suggested;then the security of the cryptosystem and the forms of the secret-key are analyzed,and finally the idea of Public-key cryptosystem on level of the algorithm is presented.
