Xiaoyao San Treatment of Depression 60 Cases

[Objective] Watch Xiaoyao San the clinical curative effect of treating depression and security.[Methods] 60 patients with meet the conditions of the depression patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,The treatment group 30 cases to give Xiaoyao San treatment,30 patients in the control group to Zoloft treatment,Two groups of treatment for eight weeks,all the patients were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and make curative effect evaluation.[Results] Xiaoyao San treatment for depression rate of 75.19% and Zoloft 73.6(P0.05);Xiaoyao San and Zoloft treatment HAMD_24 scores significantly lower than before treatment(P0.01);But the comparative differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The treatment group was 16%,and adverse reactions in the control group was 46.1%,and adverse reaction;After treatment,the treatment of Xiaoyao San side effects scores significantly lower than Zoloft(P0.01).[Conclusion] Xiaoyao San curative effect and the treatment of depression in the control group,adverse reaction is obviously less than those in the control group.
