Abstract
With the development of computer technology, especially the network technology, online cataloging is the developing trend of book cataloging under network environment and is also the basis of achieving documentary resource sharing through network. The meaning, current situation and models of library computer cataloging are indicated. The advantages of the computer cataloging and its problems and countermeasures are pointed out.
