Probe into Library's Cataloging Work under Network Environment

Under the network environment,library's cataloging work has greatly changed in aspects of cataloging object,cataloging code,cataloging work model,and cataloging data format,etc.Library's cataloging personnel should adapt themselves to such changes in time,improve their own quality,and start with the standardization of bibliographic data,take the advantages of online cataloging,and enhance information organization level.This paper introduces the changes of cataloging work under the network environment,and probes into the role reshaping of cataloging personnel under the network environment.
