A Study of the Upgrade of Heilongjiang Province’s Agricultural Cooperation with Russian East Area

Heilongjiang Province is adjacent to the Russian Far East where is the earliest region with which China carried out an agricul- tural cooperation abroad. Relying on geographical advantage and popularity, Heilongjiang to develop agricultural cooperation with the neighboring Russian Far East is not only helpful in realizing the strategic upgrade of the province's economic and trade cooperation with Russia, but also will promote the development of agriculture in the Russian east area, strengthen the Sino - Russian long - tern good - neighborly and friendly relations and equal and mutually beneficial cooperation and jointly develop their partnership. In recent years, their cooperation has achieved a better result and produced a certain economic and social benefits, but it has some problems, too.
