Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of erigeron breviscapus injection on angina pectoris and hemodynamics. Methods 120 patients with anlina pectoris were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group ( n =60) were treated with Erigeron breviscapus injection and the control group (n =60) were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. Results The total effective rates were 78. 3% in the treatmet group and 45. 0% in the control group respectively ( P 0. 01). The total effective rates of ECG were 70. 0% in the treatment group and 48. 3% in the control group respectively ( P 0. 05). The improvement of hemodynamics in the treatment group was much more obvious than that in the control group. Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus injection which may improve the hemodynanmics is effective for angina pectoris.
