CLINICAL CURATIVE EFFECTS OF ERIGERON BREVISCAPUS INJECTION CONTRAST TREATMENTS WITH COMPOSITE SALVIA MILTIORRHIZAE INJECTION ON ANGINA PECTORIS COMPLICATED WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of erigeron breviscapus injection on angina pectoris complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 cases of angina pectoris were divided into the treatment group of 60 cases treated with erigeron breviscapus injection and the contrast group of 60 cases treated with composite salvia miltiorrhizae injection,15 days as a course of treatment in both groups.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate and electrocardiography improvement rate were 96.66% and 83.33% respectively,both higher than those indexes of being 61.66% and 51.66% in the contrast group (P(0.01)).Better curative effects were got in the treatment group than in the contrast group in terms of the decrease of attack time,the duration of angina pectoris,the reduction of nitroglycerin doses,the range and degree of improvement of myocardial ischemia (P(0.05) or P(0.01).)Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus injection has a better curative effect on angina pectoris complicated with coronary heart disease than composite salvia miltiorrhizae injection.
