Bronchofiberoscopy diagnosis value on Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

【Objective】To study the Bronchofiberoscopy pathologic examination value on pulmonary sarcoidosis,to improve diagnosis rate. 【Methods】With retrospectly analyze to clinical data of 22 patients pulmonary sarcoidosis.【Results】There are 7 males and 15 females in 22 patients pulmonary sarcoidosis, 14￣66 years old. Not only symp-tom of Respiratorys, but also the other system. Bilateral hila of pulmonary swell in X- ray and CT examination ofchest 21 cases, single hila of pulmonary swell 1cases, mediastinal lymphadenhypertrophy 16 cases, live tissue exam-ination of skin, mucosa and lymph node 8 cases, Bronchofiberoscopy 14cases. Positive rate of Bronchofiberoscopy is77.8%(14/18), The sort of pulmonary sarcoidosis, Ⅰ stage 16 cases, Ⅱ stage 6 cases. 【Conclusions】 Bron-chofiberoscopy is helpful to diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis.
