Study on the effect of evidence-based nursing in the thyroid postoperative complications

Objective:To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing care on the complications of thyroid. Methods:160 cases of thyroid patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,80 cases in each group. The control group:using conventional methods of observation and symptomatic care,the experimental group:to find the best plan and for implementation from the complications of the main aspects of evidence-based. Results:The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Patients' psychological support and satisfaction was also significantly higher (P0.01). Conclusion:The implementation of evidence-based care has significant effect on the reduction of postoperative complications of thyroid.
