Abstract
Pro/E was used to establish the 3D model of the crank-rocker mechanism,and the dynamic simulation was given for the module.The visualization research of the mechanism motion was achieved.The velocity analysis,acceleration and displacement curves of the analysis point were obtained.The simulation results show the speed,acceleration and the displacement are changed with time.The dithering of the analysis point occurs during the simulation process.The thorough and reliable dynamic analysis for the mechanism is obtained,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency and provides a basis for the optimization design of the plane mechanism.
