Abstract
The crank slider mechanism model of engine piston is built based on Pro/E software.The motion simulation is made for the mechanism,the displacement,speed and acceleration curves of slider in the motor process are extracted,the output change rules of physical quantity in the process of movement of the slider are analyzed,and the simulation result is contrasted with the mathematical analysis result,the theoretical analysis is agree with the simulation results.This design method is visualization,accurate and efficient,and has definite engineering application value.
