Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.METHODS 189 schizophrenia were treated by risperidone (no control group),beginning dose of risperidone being 0.5mg/d then being added to therapying dose (2~5mg/d),all patients were evaluated 12 weeks.The efficacy and safety were evaluated by BPRS,CGI and TESS.RESULTS The efficacy of resperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia was 92.06%,treatment dosage was 3.35±1.68mg/d.Little side-effects were found.CONCLUSION The efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia are satisfied.
