Abstract

Political legitimacy,in fact,is a recognition pissue of political power.Beginning with the natural state,modern natural law and social contract theory describe the origin of country and political legitimacy.To win the legitimacy,any level of political system should be generally recognized by the people,otherwise there will be some crisis of legitimacy.
