Analysis of the Efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Three Phases Therapy for the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To explore the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined other therapy for the three phases treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Threes phases treatment:prophase disposal,photodynamic therapy,anaphase disposal condyloma acuminatum.Two hundred and thirty cases were treated once a week for about 1 to 10 times,After the last treatmeat,the efficacy and the recurrence rate were evaluated after the following 6 months to two years.Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate of three prases treatment therapy was 89.00% and 5.50%,respectively.Among the recovery cases,about 52.00% were 1 or 2 times treatment cases.Conclusion It is recommended that a routine two times photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum to reduce the recurrence rate.
