Abstract
Heparanase usually expresses in placenta, immune tissue organ and cells.It plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis as well as vascular build.In this review,recently progress of heparanase's structure, biological properties,effects in tumor metastasis and prospect of clinic application are summarized.
