The output of packaging industry has already occupied arranging in the world and occupied an important position in national economy.But while the packaging industry develops fast, have brought serious problem of resources and environmental. As to this, taking reduce, reuse, recycle as the principle, advance the reducing of packaging, strengthen packaging to recycle,establish the system of recycling, enhance the building of the extended producer responsibility, and the supervision overpacking of products, promoting the traditional packaging industry to ecological transformation and upgrade in an allaround way, develop recycling economy, and implement the sustainable developmental path.
