Abstract
Recycle economy is the main direction of the development of world economy,and now it is the economy developing pattern of China.In implementing recycle economy,packaging industry is more imperative.According to the practice of packaging industry,this paper discusses the connotation,the basic principle and evaluation indexes system of recycle economy.
