Abstract

Objective:To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of renal fluid. Methods:Clinical diagnosis of renal fluid of 76 patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan and urinary volume three-dimensional reconstruction.Results:76 cases of double renal pelvis and ureter in 8 cases of benign stricture of ureteropelvic junction in4cases,megaureter in 2 case, inferior vena cava ureter in 2 case.38 cases of ureteral calculi, ureter tuberculosis in 6 cases, ureteral cancer,16 cases.CT images can not only clear indication of ureter Traveling, cavity changes in location and causes of obstruction can also be displayed simultaneously and the cavity wall situation.Conclusion:Multi-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT can lead to renal fluid dynamic observation of a variety of pathological changes in ureter, and from three-dimensional image for more extensive diagnostic information is the cause of a better diagnosis of renal fluid imaging examination.
