Ecological Civilization:A Controversial Proposition

In China,although the ecological civilization has become the consensus,and it has become the will of the state.But because of its occurrence time shorter,so what is ecology civilization?where is the different from ecology civilization and industrial civilization,and where is characteristic of ecology civilization,how are relations of ecology civilization and material civilization,spiritual civilization,institution civilization?Academic public opinions are divergent.To these,the author gives the detailed system carding,and proposes a controversial 5 issues,namely: Chinese Communist Party about the question of time proposingecological civilization;ecological civilization can become a new form of social economy or not after industrial civilization;balance of human mentality is the sustainable existence orsustainable development;ecological civilization construction should be people-oriented or harmony between man and nature;the technical issues.Finally,the article proposes the twelve thresholds of ecological civilization with China approaching step by step.
