Three Explanations on Ecological Civilization

The 17th National Party Congress proposed the construction of ecological civilization, indicating that China's understanding about the socialist civilization and the human civilization has been promoted to a new level. As a state of social development, the ecological civilization is the inevitable trend of primitive civilization, agriculture civilization and industrial civilization, which is a higher stage of the human civilization development. As a sign of the social progress, the ecological civilization is not only the premise and the base, but also the token and the purpose of material civilization, spiritual civilization and system civilization. As a social ideology, the ecological civilization can only belong to the socialism, the socialism symbolizes inevitably the ecological civilization, and the ecological civilization of the socialism is ultimately a powerful weapon to defeat that of the capitalism. In general, China has unique conditions and resources to build the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
