Abstract

The Central Committee of the CPC resolution on several important issues about strengthening socialist spiritual civilization, passed by the 6th plenary session of the 14th Central Committee of the CPC, is a model application of Marxsist principles to the issues of social civilization construction .In practice, a rather deep investigation into the position,situation,principles,ways and means, subjects, the self-developing law of spiritual civilization and other issues of the socialist spiritual civilization construction should be made.
