Abstract
As an important field in the construction of spiritual civilization,universities and colleges especially need reinforce spiritual civilization construction,develop socialist advanced culture and enrich the spiritual world of the people.Only when we have enhanced the construction of ideology,ethics,science and culture can we ensure the correct direction of the economic construction and the development of democratic politics,providing intellectual support for the material civilization and political civilization development,and promoting the all-round and sustainable development of the society and the people.
