Abstract
Using the cells of kidney as material and colchi-cine——low concent ration——air drying method to make Chromosome Specimen of wild Silver Carassius auratus gibelio in dalai lake.Statistical analysis of the chromosome number of kidney cells shows that the chromosome set of Carassius auratus variety pengze consists of 150 basic chromosomes and several small supernumerary chromosomes.The 156 basic chromosomes can be divided into four sections according to the position of the centromere.There are 38 metacentric chromosomes,28 submetacentric chromosomes,18 subtelocentric chromosomes and 72 telocentric chromosomes.The chromosomes number is 156,The karyo formula is 2n = 38m + 28 sm + 18 st + 72 t,NF=222.
