Chinese Court's Mediation System and Its Legislation Improvement

Abstract

Because of the traditional unilateral value orientation,Chinese current court mediation system shows a character of procedure simplification,and obscurity of system domain,which incurs a series of defaults in judicatory practice.Based on this problem,the author discusses the way perfecting the legislation system with the values of freedom and efficiency from the angle of delicate procedure and clarified domain.
