On the Improvement of the Court Mediation System

Abstract
Court mediation has been established as a basic principle for the legal produce of the civil lawsuit. There exist some lasting defects in the judicial practice, but this system has fulfilled a useful function in present stage. In order to allow the court mediation system to play the due role. we should make a necessary improvement of this system.
