Abstract

The photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) under different light intensity at 20℃ were determined to study the variation regulation of photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of flag leaf of winter wheat to provide data support for establishing photosynthesis model of winter wheat. The results showed that photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were positively related to light intensity and increased with the increase of light intensity. The photosynthetic rate increased rapidly when light intensity was lower than 500μmol/(m2·s).The stomatal conductance didn't increase significantly when light intensity was lower than 100μmol/·(m2·s),the change of transpiration rate was basically in accordance with photosynthetic rate and the intercellular CO2 concentration first declined and then increased with the increase of light intensity.
