Abstract
To investigate the effect of essential amino acids on LAT1expression in lactation mammary gland, the lactation mammary acini were cultured and LAT1and 4F2hc expression were detected by Western blotting. The results showed that essential amino acids upregulated LAT1and 4F2hc expression significantly in lactation mammary acini of dairy cow.It revealed that LAT1was the mainly amino acid transporter in lactation mammary gland. The expression of LAT1and 4F2hc was induced by essential amino acids.
