Abstract
The scientific concept of development is an innovative fruit of Marxism on the theory of socialist development and broadens the connotation of the development of Marxism.The scientific concept of development has made great progress in the Marxist theory of human development and deepened the knowledge on the socialist essence.The scientific concept of development has also made great progress in the ruling principles of Marxist ruling party and endowed the latest connotation of times to the Party's advanced nature.The innovative theoretical system,with the scientific concept of development as the core,which is a great theoretical fruit of Marxism with China,is the world outlook and the methodology in guiding our country's economical and social development.
